For residents moving from one unit to another within the same estate who wish to transfer their balance of existing tokens. Complete and submit at least two (2) weeks before moving. The transfer is actioned on the last day of occupation (date of vacating).
A service fee of R25 per transfer applies. The fee is loaded as a debt on the new meter and recovered on the next token purchase.
